As a charity, we rely heavily on the support from the public in many different ways. Our volunteers are a vital cog in the wheel and without them we wouldn’t be where we are today. When Sylvia first started she worked just one day a week but as the workload has increased she now works every Monday and Wednesday. “After a lifetime in the City I was impressed by the hard work and dedication shown by the staff and wanted to help by sharing my expertise. I am glad to have the opportunity to help where I can.”
