St Peter's Church Car Show is organised by the 'petrol-heads' of St. Peter's Church, Harold Wood's local parish church. Their aims are simple, have fun, look at pretty cars, do something for the community, and raise money for London's Air Ambulance and they invite you to come and join them.

Cars:
Car show open to Vintage, Classic, Sports & Kit Cars of all ages.

Saturday 16th June 2012
Time:
Public open times 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Display cars:
Open time 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (Follow the AA roadsigns for exhibitors entrance)

Cost of Admission - Exhibitors:
Free to drivers & passengers of exhibiting cars (£3 suggested donation to the London's Air Ambulance, you will be able to pay this on the day)
Cost of Admission - Visitors:
Adults - £2 (this includes a show guide)
Children age 3-15 - 50p
Children under 3 - free.
Please note all children under 12 are to be accompanied by an adult.

Booking details:
Space can be reserved for clubs & Associations. To book a display space or club pitch please e-mail Spencer Griffiths on the above e-mail. Display cars MUST be booked in advance to allow us to organise parking and display space.
Facilities on site:
There will be toilets, catering and special exhibitor facilities available on site. You are welcome to bring picnics, tables, chairs etc on the day. No Barbecues please. If your club needs space for a stand, gazebo, display etc please advise us at the time of booking.
Exhibitors:
Essex Audi are confirmed exhibitors. They will be bringing along some classic Audi race cars as well as the latest models from the Audi range. The Harold Hill Fire Brigade, the Metropolitan Police Traffic Uint and the Ford Vehicle Security Unit are also exhibiting.
These Car Clubs have also committed for 2012: Essex Classics, Essex TR Club, Institute of Advanced Motorists, Jaguar Club, Triumph Sports Six Club, TVR Club, XR Club.
Activities/Attractions:
Indoor Seating Area, Trade Stands, Children's Entertainment, Face Painting, Fastest Wheel Change Competition.
Refreshments:
Large refreshment marquee serving Burgers, Hot Dogs, Krispe Kreme donuts, Tea & Coffee, chilled soft drinks and children's drinks. Domino's Pizza will also have a stall serving hot slices!
Charity:
This event is being run by volunteers from St. Peters Church for the local community; all profit will go directly to London's Air Ambulance.
Car Trophies:
There will be various trophies for the best car in each class, these will be sponsored by exhibitors and a prize will be given to the winner along with a trophy to keep.
Dogs:
With the exception of Guide Dogs, dogs are not allowed in the school grounds in line with current school guidelines on Health & Hygiene.
Alcohol:
The School has a No Alcohol policy on School premises; please refrain from brining alcoholic drinks into the show.
