The Bupa London 10,000 takes runners on a scenic course cheered on by atmospheric crowds and passing the Capitals most iconic landmarks. The 10km Race starts (and finishes) in The Mall and follows a clockwise route around the City of Westminster and the City of London. Runners pass many of London’s famous sights including, Admiralty Arch, Nelson’s Column, St Paul’s Cathedral, Mansion House, Bank of England, Leadenhall Market, The Monument, Millennium Bridge, Tate Gallery, Cleopatra’s Needle, London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

By running for London’s Air Ambulance you will be contributing to the fundraising efforts of the registered charity which runs London’s only helicopter emergency medical service, providing life saving care to victims of serious injury throughout London - serving the 10 million people who live, work and commute within the M25.
How to get a place in Bupa London 10,000
There are a couple of ways you can run for London’s Air Ambulance in Bupa London 10,000:

There will be a £35 registration fee (non-refundable) to secure your place and we ask for a £150 minimum sponsorship target to be met.
2. Own place Alternatively, if you would prefer to obtain your own place, you can enter via the Bupa London 10,000 official website. A place in the Bupa London 10,000 costs £23.00 for UK Athletics affiliated running club members and £25.00 for non-club members.
